SHANNON HALL-SUTTON

My name is Shannon! I have always had a passion for music and the entertainment industry. Music was always a big part of my life. Growing up, a lot of my family dinners were gathered around the piano with family singing hymns. I also was the type of person who always wanted to have music playing in the background. My playlists are all over the map from different genres of rock to pop to electronic music, but country music always has a special place in my heart! I remember growing up working in the garage with my grandparents. They would always be playing icons such as Loretta Lynn, Conway Twitty, Johnny Cash and Elvis on the record player. Then I would go home, and my mom would have some of the greats playing like Tim McGraw, Garth Brooks, The Oak Ridge Boys and Shania Twain! I was just always around country music.

Little did I know that later on I would actually be living in Nashville TN. In 2014 my mom and I moved here on a whim. I had just finished high school and we had this opportunity to move so we decided "why not!?" and we had less than a month to pack up all of our stuff and move to a different country! It was the scariest but best decision of my life. I grew up in a small town called Keswick, ON (the biggest ice fishing capital in the world). It is always hard being away from family and I sure miss the poutines, ice skating and snowy Christmas mornings but it is all worth it (thank goodness for FaceTime). I have had the best experiences in Nashville, have met some great people and I've been able to do things that I never thought I'd be able to do... like go backstage at the Grand Ole Opry and meet Randy Travis, to name a couple.

In 2014, I started school at Volunteer State Community College and studied Music Business! I was lucky enough to find GrassRoots Promotion shortly after and began as an intern helping with some admin duties while I was getting my degree. Shortly after graduating, I started to dabble in the social, streaming and management side of things and in 2022 I was promoted to the radio tour manager. I am truly so lucky to be able to work with such an amazing team and talented artists! When I am not working, I am usually taking my dog "Rocky" for a walk, enjoying time with my family and husband, going to a concert, messing around with my camera or playing the guitar!
